MAGIC Tech support is here to help!
The MAGIC Tech department is our first line of support for technical needs throughout the MAGIC facilities. This team can help you troubleshoot issues with AV/projection, computers, software, VR, and anything else that has you stumped. The MAGIC Tech team can also help evaluate tech needs for larger scale projects and events. If you have a tech question or a cool idea but need some additional support, reach out to MAGIC Tech. We love to learn alongside you!
The best way to get a hold of MAGIC Tech with any issue or question is by submitting a helpdesk ticket. We use this ticketing system so we can track and log issues throughout the facilities. It also allows for the MAGIC Tech team to easily collaborate and track progress while we troubleshoot. Submitting a ticket will always be the first step to getting help.
Office Hours & Location
MAGIC Tech can be found in their office located in the hallway of the 2nd floor connecting MAGIC and Gannett, GAN-2220. Stop by and we can submit a ticket on your behalf, then begin troubleshooting!
